“Some dank, earthy hop aromas, with a bit of a green ester and touch of sulfur. Bready, sweet malt flavor is striking and pleasant. The advantage of going unfiltered is chasing fresh flavors like these. Medium-dry finish with some lasting malt sweetness on the tongue.”

“Deep color suggests something more than a single-infusion, pilsner-malt mash. Nose mashes up herbal Saaz and cumin with a touch of grilled lemon. Top of the sip adds a light herb-bitter hit, for a rustic ‘farmhouse’ lager feel.”
