“Great aroma: clean, lemon-thyme driven. Flavor doesn’t live up to it; malt character almost vanished, save for a touch of pita cracker. Bitter and nondescript. Malt and hop flavor need to be turned up a few notches. Not bad beer, but could be great if amped up a little.”

“Heady lilac floral note fills the glass. The sip tames it down with soft, slightly grainy sweetness, against unyielding bitterness. Edgy, as the disparate elements maintain tension through the end.”
