What the brewers say

Blended saison infused with fresh orange peel and botanicals and aged in a single small-format gin barrel. Bottle-conditioned with local wildflower honey.

What our panel thought

Big peachy aroma with notes of conifers, citrus, wildflowers, and dark background oak. Flavor is assertively tart with orange-citrus notes, ginger, pepper, floral esters, cedar, and oak. Complex esters of fruit and flowers. Sourness lingers. Full-flavored, cacophonous, exciting.

What our editors thought

Ginger, juniper, raspberry, white tea, and light wood on the nose. Intensely fruity sip offers orange and raspberry with enough acidity to support them. Herbal spice provides definition and keeps the fruit from sprawling. Fundamentally weird and noisy, but thoughtful.
