“Fruity esters come out in the aroma, strawberry and stone fruit. Sweet, with an assertive alcohol warmth that transitions into some barrel character. As it warms, an interesting toffee and butterscotch component comes out to play. Like a Tootsie Roll vodka with a light cedar note as it warms.”
