“Fudgy chocolate on the nose. Dark chocolate molten lava cake with a flambé of rye whiskey. Some dark red fruits and hints of red wine. Enough rye-barrel character to add tannins and dark malts for bitterness. Complex, rich.”

“Earthy, dank hop notes with hints of pine, citrus, grass clippings. Those aromatics give way to a sip with light malt sweetness that becomes a pepper- and onion-forward bitterness with some orange and pine to balance. Finish is bitter, lightly dry with enough lingering sweetness to coat the palate pleasantly.”

“Vanilla aroma with coffee and cream. Deep-flavored fudge, vanilla, almond hit the palate first followed by subdued cinnamon, banana. Sweetness at the end quickly leaves the tongue. Hefty mouthfeel.”
