“Deep tropical nose—papaya, guava, passion fruit—with lemongrass, grapefruit, pine, green onion. More orange and lemon in flavor; a bit more onion. Moderately low sweetness. Dry finish with moderate bitterness is refreshing. The finish is somewhat abrupt—a little pause before guava and bitterness return for a final hurrah.”
