“Banana and bubblegum esters complement the cracker malt aromatics. Clove notes emerge in the flavor to balance the malty sweetness. Bready notes in the flavor are very dough-like and smooth, not grainy. A bit of abrupt tart acidity in the finish.”

“Slightly soapy floral aroma with just a hint of pepper. The flavor brings more tropical notes, but dulled in a fuzzy malt middle.”
