Noon Whistle Brewing Company Lil Lit

What the brewers say

“Brewed with Noble Hallertau hops.”

What our panel thought

“Hoppier than a classic pils, with classic American notes—pine, citrus. Light grainy bready nose with a hint of black pepper. The succint, dry lager notes are masked somewhat by an almost aggressive bitterness, in an old-school/new-school way. Brisk lingering clean bitterness cleanses the palate. Well-balanced and well-made.”

What our editors thought

“Bright and clean light white floral nose with a certain exuberance and joy. The sip offers grainy light malt with a imprecise bitterness. Fun and fragrant.”
