Peppery aroma with woody, earthy, leathery _Brett_ evident in the background; low, spicy hops. Funk-forward flavor, with notes of wood, mushroom, light fruit, white pepper, and cardamom. Lingering tartness. Big but balanced. Well-made but lacking in complexity.

Fascinating aroma: juicy white grape, drier red wine, phenolic spice, cellar-floor funk. Flavor joins light bread and stone fruit with funk and spice. Moderate acidity draws the juicy impression over light, dusty bitterness. Dry, delicate, funky, complex—a wallflower with a lot to say.

Aroma: “Guava bomb with a hint of funk at the end of the fruit aroma. Lemony tartness. Really distinctive and interesting. No hops aroma detected. Low toasted malt. Bready.” Flavor: “Guava is again very prominent, but not overly sweet, adding a bright tropical-fruit character on top of a pleasantly tart beer. Finish has a slight sour bite that essentially serves as the bitter character to balance the fruitiness up front.
