What the brewers say

Blonde ale dry-hopped with Mosaic.

What our panel thought

Fresh, vibrant hop aroma: lemon, orange, grapefruit, and light pine with underlying cracker/bread malt. Flavor is more balanced, moderate, with light toast and cracker malt balancing citrus, pine, and lemongrass hops. Drab mouthfeel, somewhat lifeless. Dry finish. Refreshing.

What our editors thought

Tropical-fruit nose evokes mango and guava with an earthy touch. The sip offers soft but significant bitterness—dialed well past typical blonde ale territory, firmly in IPA territory. Bitterness builds, overpowering gentle fruit notes.
