“Slightly sweet grainy aroma with some floral hop notes. Sweet doughy bread malt intermingled with fruity esters and a spicy, floral, potpourri-type hop flavor that stays until the finish. Slight balancing hop bitterness up front. Finish is crisp and clean. A slightly sweeter, more flavorful offering, but it keeps things interesting.”

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
