What the brewers say

German-style pilsner hopped with Hallertau Mittlefrüh, Hallertau Blanc, and Tettnang.

What our panel thought

Sulfur-driven nose collides with spirited peppery hops; notes of pine and perfume. Flavor delivers on that bold promise: equal parts floral and spicy while also cleanly crisp. Finish pushes the bitterness envelope but carefully avoids harshness with a touch of malt sweetness. Extremely drinkable.

What our editors thought

Big head with rich lacing. Bold dried-floral notes in the nose rise with intensity. In the sip: softer, slightly fruity hops mask light bitterness, lending a very soft approach with less structure.
