“Caramel notes dominate the aroma, gentle notes of vanilla. Rich, warm dark bread, dried dates, figs, prunes. Umami notes in the flavor. Faint smoke, light chocolate, toffee, hint of vanilla, bourbon sweetness, some alcohol heat.”

“Warm and light caramel aroma with subdued whiskey notes and a distant woodiness. Deep-toasted bread, a bit of husky cacao bitterness, and a tightly balanced sweet-spicy tension that finds balance with less bitterness.”
