Roaring Table Brewing RTB Pils

What the brewers say

“Crisp and satisfying, this is the beer RTB brewers want at the end of a long day.”

What our panel thought

“Spicy oregano, Corn Nuts, lightly toasted malt in the nose. Medium-plus bitterness, some subtle blueberry hops, hint of geranium. Everything is fairly subdued, smooth. Some very light, woody hops toward the dry finish.”

What our editors thought

“TIght and slightly gritty herbal aroma with a curious mineral edge. Friendlier in the flavor, as Noble citrus and floral notes play against the very light malt sweetness, with an exuberant carbonation.”

Roaring Table Brewing Thither They Return

“Roast and earthy malt notes combine with hints of smoke in the nose. The smoke character becomes a bit more meaty in flavor but balances well with the earthy and pine hop notes. It finishes clean with a sense of heft.”

Creature Comforts Eukaryote

Funk-forward; classic barnyard hay, leather, and some light citrus; lemon-drop hops, floral and perfume-like. Flavor matches aroma, but falls a bit flat. Quite dry, some astringency.

Roaring Table Brewing RTB Pils

“The nose presents a flourish of herbal spicy hop aroma with just a brush of malt sweetness. Each sip is a clean firecracker of the same in flavor form, accompanied by a smooth bitter edge and finish. Perceived sweetness is a shade higher than typical, but it balances the stronger flavor notes.”
