“Lemon zinger note throughout—citrus, white pepper nose with a soft earthy bitterness. Clean herbal aromatics with rose-like character and a touch of sulfur. Light, delicate, with a soft finish, hints of toast. A bit restrained on the malt side, but the dry hopping adds additional character. Some touches of oxidation.”

Chuckanut Brewery Chuckanut Italian Style Pilsner

Gorgeous yellow with a puffy white head that lingers. Slight honey graham cracker in the nose. Bright, crisp flavors with a slight hop bitterness to balance out the sweetness. Complex, classic spicy hop flavor. Finishes dry with a bit of a pucker, leaving you wanting more.

Bend Brewing Tropic Pines IPA

Resinous pine aroma is almost a little sticky. The flavor expands on this, with orange, grape, and a bit of green pepper. The bitterness blooms on your tongue but never overpowers the rest of the flavor. The bitter resin finish stays with you as a pleasant reminder. Strong malt balance supports the beer.
