“In the aroma, light smoky background, medium malt sweetness, chocolate, coffee, medium pomme fruit esters. Flavor is lightly roasted malt with layers of caramel, dark fruits, light coffee, chocolate. Light-bodied, crisp texture. Perhaps a hint of salty brine in the finish.”
