“Sweet, spicy coconut nose with some soft pineapple. Coconut flavor melds into pineapple juice, which starts to take over in the long, lasting finish. Has a tiki-cocktail quality to it. Toss this in a rum barrel, and I’d buy stock.”

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit

New Belgium wood cellar blender Lauren Limbach was gifted a new foeder that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday.
