The Brewer's Table Theseus

What the brewers say

"Pale lager. Coolship. Hallertau Blanc and Cascade hops."

What our panel thought

"Intriguing nose is complex and pleasant, but decidedly weird for a Pilsner. Hints of stone fruit, coconut, and peach. Very light body, like champagne given the high carbonation. You could be convinced that this was barrel-aged for a short time given the hints of background wood character."

What our editors thought

"Very light, highly hopped, with a prominent citrus and leafy character. The body disappears after the nose with a moderate carbonation and minimal malt note that pushes the hops character ever more forward."
