“Straw-colored with a light white head. Fruity aroma of pineapple, apricot, a pinch of bread dough. Cocktail-cracker taste with dry, twangy finish. Bone-dry with a strong carbonic bite. Almost sparking water–like, but enjoyable.”

“Love the pleasant wet-grain notes mingled with brighter/greener lemon-lime-herbal in the aroma. Light, lively, very dry, with a bit of bitterness that lingers on the tongue. Incredibly austere in flavor. Elegant and complex for its strength.”
