Unsung Brewing Company Let it In
What the brewers say
“West Coast with Enigma and Strata hops.”
What our panel thought
“Loads of garlic, onion, and green pepper burst out of the aroma with some undertones of pine and light dankness. Citrus, melon, pine, and dank bring back San Diego memories. A brief, initial malty sweetness is quickly cut by the piney, citrus, and onion-like bitterness, which leads to a lightly bitter and mouth-coating finish.”
What our editors thought
“Traditional in its citrus-pine axis with a hefty herbal spice. In the sip, a structure defined more by zippy carb and less by intense bitterness offsets the orange-caramel sweetness.”
