What our panel thought

Super thick—fruit puree coats the glass. Nice tropical aroma pops like ambrosia salad. Flavor is really sweet, like a blended fruit cocktail. Mouthfeel is thick but somehow carbonated. More of a novelty than a daily driver. Diabetes-driven poolside Mexican resort drink.

Puree-thick and carrot-orange. On the nose, peachy notes collide with vanilla and pineapple. The sip is unapologetically sweet with the promised smoothie texture. It’s not a beer—it’s not even a seltzer. Perfect for brunchtime mimosa lovers. Nicely executed and bizarre.

Untitled Art Florida Seltzer: Blood Orange & Pomegranate

Pale ruby color, hazy. Bright fruity aroma—strong blood-orange rind and a tropical array. Flavor balances blood orange and the white part of the pomegranate—a little tannic. Nice sweet tropical blast of fruit with orange notes. Moderately sweet finish, giving a fullness to the drink. Refreshing, easy drinking.

Untitled Art Wine Spritz Chardonnay

Like a mild white wine, aroma suggests an appropriately buttery touch of chardonnay. Grape flavor intensifies as it warms, while bristly bubbles and drier finish suggest sparkling wine. Pleasant, easy-sipping drink. Alcohol is present but not intrusive. Intriguing.

Ripe blackberry up front with a pie-crust hint in the aroma, and those notes grow in the flavor. Moderate sweetness, with a creaminess in the finish that plays up the pie-like character. While balanced, the overall sweetness bruises the drinkability. If this is dessert seltzer, I can get behind it.

New Belgium Dominga Grapefruit
