“Very floral aroma: basil flower, light jasmine and hay, hints of grass. Light bready sourdough malt. Soft and cloud-like across the palate, atop a firm malt base with nice citrus barnyard funk. Herbal-floral throughout, with a notable cedar-sage-smudge earthiness that lingers in the finish.”
