What the brewers say

Dry-hopped, Italian-inspired pilsner that’s brewed with 100 percent French malt and hops.

What our panel thought

Earthy nose, backed by malt and notes of spice. Beautiful hop flavor of rose, citrus, pine, white pepper; cracker and lemon push forward with a great sweet-bitter balance. Soft, chewy body accentuated by a minerality. High carbonation, yet velvety on the tongue. Dry, toasted finish.

What our editors thought

Tea and dried floral notes on the nose with hefty grain. The sip brings a generally sweet and citrusy grainy-malt note; it would evoke wort if the beer weren’t dry. The vision is there, but the execution doesn't quite follow.
