What the brewers say

A bright, floral hop aroma meets crisp, crushable pils from the use of Hallertauer Blanc, Saphir, and Saaz, with Italian-grown pilsner malt.

What our panel thought

Big, bright, floral hop nose. In the flavor, more floral hops with notes of lavender, diesel, dankness, wet grass. Light, bready malt sweetness helps to balance. Dry finish, as bitterness lingers long after the sip. Fun, modern interpretation. Just restrained enough to come together.

What our editors thought

Very punchy floral nose with a blossom sweetness. The sip embraces the bold Noble floral notes, ramping up bitterness to offset malt for a balanced hoppy pils on the bigger side.
