“Solid biscuit and pie-crust malt aroma with a hint of caramel; lovely spicy and floral hops, light apricot esters. Malt dominance continues in the flavor: pie crust and light toast with a hint of brown sugar. Earthy, woody, spearmint hop notes. A bit sweet but balanced well by the spicy hop bitterness.
