.33 oz (9 g) Orange Peel at 5 minutes

MALT/GRAIN BILL

4 lb (1.81 kg) Belgian Pilsen
4 lb (1.81 kg) White Wheat Malt
1 lb (453 g) Flaked Barley
1 lb (453 g) Rice Hulls
1 lb (453 g) Flaked White Wheat

DIRECTIONS

Mash grains for 60 minutes at 148°F (64°C). Boil for 60 minutes.

4.5 lb (2.41 kg) Wheat Liquid Malt Extract
1.5 lb (680 g) Belgian Pilsen
1.5 lb (680 g) White Wheat Malt
0.5 lb (227 g) Flaked Barley

DIRECTIONS

Mash grains for 60 minutes at 148°F (64°C). Boil for 60 minutes.

EXTRACT RECIPE

7 lb (3.18 kg) Wheat Liquid Malt Extract
1 lb (453 g) Dextrine/Carafoam

Steep grains for 30 minutes at 160°F (71°C). Boil for 60 minutes.
